With the improvement of standards for driver’s test and the advancing of technologies like face recognition, virtual simulation, AI, 5G, etc., departments of traffic control of Public Security have been putting forward new requirements for the standards for driver’s test. Therefore, in the test, there tend to be standardized tests, visualized data, remote supervision, and technological anti-corruption, which bring new market demands for the upgrading and transformation of the systems for driver’s test. Meanwhile, with the safety campaign of “helmets and life belts” launched by the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, the safety of motorcycle and electric vehicle drivers has once again the focused topic of widespread concern among media and people.

Intelligent Motorcycle Test Is Imperative with the Continuously Growing Number of Motorcycles

According to the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, the number of motor vehicles in China has reached 360 million as of the end of July 2020, among which there are 68.896 million motorcycles, accounting for 19.14%. 3.325 million motorcycles were newly registered in the first half of the year with year-on-year increase of 0.885 million. There are more and more motorcycle riders with the increasing number of motorcycles. Additionally, e-bikes are non-motor vehicles, and the Ministry of Public Security has not required tests for riders of e-bikes, but future management of motor vehicle will cover e-bikes according to the Safety Technical Specification for Electric Bicycle. Thus, intelligent tests for riders of motorcycles and e-bikes are imperative.

Tests for motorcycle riders with AI and BDS

It can also automatically judge items in the Test III according to clients’ requirements, to promote the efficiency of the test supervision and ensure the fairness, impartiality, and openness of tests.

The Intelligent Test System for Motorcycle Riders has Been Successfully Established in Real
