Recently, pleasant surprises about Duolun Technology’s smart vehicle administration have been popping up with happy regularity. The company has won the bid for the Haikou Motor Vehicle Driving Test Center Project with the amount of 42.89 million yuan. Becoming the winning bidder of a city-level smart vehicle administration project indicates that Duolun Technology, underpinned by its core technologies, has gained the industry-leading capabilities of delivering total solutions to offices of motor vehicles to aid in their digital and intelligent vehicle administration.
Haikou, the core city of Hainan Free Trade Port, serves as a center for politics, economy, science & technology and culture, as well as the largest transportation hub of Hainan Province. According to official data, as of November 2023, the number of registered Haikou drivers was about 1.139 million, and this figure indicates a new digital trend. The efficiency and quality of vehicle registration and driver licensing services have a direct impact on the government service level, and therefore, digital administration is the only way to upgrade vehicle administration service capabilities on all fronts.
The Haikou Motor Vehicle Driving Test Center (Haikou Test Center for short) covers an area of 336,000 m2 and aims to improve the infrastructure for motor vehicle driving tests in Haikou and northern Hainan, standardize motor vehicle driving tests and enhance comprehensive vehicle administration service capabilities.
The Haikou Test Center Project is a comprehensive system platform project for all subjects and vehicle models. In this context, Duolun Technology will, grounded on its plentiful experience in building large-scale intelligent driving test centers, tailor comprehensive schemes to local test needs, and offer an overall plan for establishing driving test venues with complete functions and the process of waiting for the tests.
Additionally, cutting-edge technologies such as AI, visual analysis and three-dimensional simulation will be applied to achieve the digital, intelligent and visual management of all subject tests for drivers. OpenHarmony will also be taken as a basis for establishing a new-generation homemade on-board terminal for intelligent driving tests, thus laying a more intelligent, reliable and secured digital foundation for driving tests.
Duolun Technology will employ a regulatory platform covering multi-business dimensions to conduct the remote control of the test-taking process and vehicle administration business, transforming passive patrol into active forewarning. It also provides offices of motor vehicles with more comprehensive and intelligent-oriented supervision patterns and integrated solutions, thus achieving the life cycle management of driving tests and the digital operation of the regulatory platform.
In the days ahead, taking low carbon, eco-friendliness, putting people first, efficiency, intelligence and ecological greening as the overall goals, the Office of Motor Vehicles of Haikou Municipality will cooperate with Duolun Technology in creating an exemplary, multi-level first-class test center for motor vehicle drivers in an all-round way. Meanwhile, Duolun Technology will prioritize this project as a key initiative in its smart vehicle administration sector and make efforts to produce a high-quality, model case, with the aim of lifting the skills of the Office of Motor Vehicles of Haikou Municipality in scientific and technological informatization and assisting it in upgrading levels and redefining industry standards.
