Organizational Standard Review Meeting
The above two group standards represent China’s first domestic guidelines aimed at directing inspection institutions on how to build up their new energy inspection capabilities and the corresponding competencies of personnel. The development garnered extensive participation and robust support from over 20 entities, including qualification review expert panels, local associations, higher education institutions, metrology institutes, leading chain inspection and operation enterprises, and inspection equipment companies.
These standards also signify Duolun Technology’s ongoing involvement in the development of domestic standards related to new energy vehicle operational safety inspection following the successful release of the national standard Code of Practice for New Energy Vehicles Safety Operation Inspection. The successful review of these two standards is a high commendation and recognition of the company’s leadership, industry collaboration, and market innovation in the aftermarket sector of new energy vehicles.
At the meeting, CAERI, as the standard leading unit, presented the background and purpose of the organizational standards, the project initiation and preparation, and the consultation process. Upon review, experts unanimously agreed to approve both Requirements for the Building of New Energy Vehicle Operational Safety Performance Inspection Capabilities by Motor Vehicle Inspection Institutions and Training Guide for High-level Personnel in New Energy Vehicle Operational Safety Performance Inspection by Motor Vehicle Inspection Institution. These standards will serve as the foundation for motor vehicle inspection institutions to enhance their new energy vehicle inspection capabilities and as references for improving the skills of technical and management personnel.
In the future, Duolun Technology will continue to adopt an open and collaborative approach to jointly build and share with the industry. By collaborating with ecosystem partners, it aims to drive the standardization of the motor vehicle inspection sector, establish a high-quality system for new energy vehicle inspection, consistently guide the industry in enhancing service quality, provide essential support and services for ensuring road traffic safety in China, and propel the standardized and high-quality development of the motor vehicle inspection industry.
