On June 28, 2024, the "2024 Seminar on Technological Innovation and Development of Motor Vehicle Inspection Institutions" hosted by the China Road Traffic Safety Association, supported by the Traffic Police Corps of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department and the Jiangsu Road Traffic Safety Association, and undertaken by China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Duolun Technology was successfully held in Nanjing, the company's headquarters.
Nearly 100 representatives of the member units of the China Road Traffic Safety Association's Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection Technical Working Group, including the industry's leading inspection and operation enterprises, some provincial and municipal motor vehicle inspection industry associations, and equipment manufacturers, attended the meeting to exchange and discuss the technological innovation of motor vehicle inspection institutions.
At the meeting, Chen Weina, deputy secretary-general of China Road Traffic Safety Association, Zhang Huaining, deputy chief of the traffic police corps of Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, and Zhang Anqiang, chairman of Duolun Technology, delivered speeches respectively.
The meeting discussed topics such as the operation safety performance inspection of new energy vehicles, the research on the strategy and practice of digital and intelligent transformation of vehicle inspection stations, the practice of digital transformation of motor vehicle inspection and supervision, the intelligent testing and safety management of power batteries, and the research on power battery testing technology of new energy vehicles in use.
Mr. Qin Zhengxiao made an in-depth analysis and summary of the current policies, standards and technical status of new energy vehicle safety performance inspection, put forward the model concept of combining online and offline new energy vehicle safety inspection, shared a series of explorations and studies on motor vehicle safety inspection technology and standards, and put forward constructive development suggestions on new energy vehicle safety inspection, so as to help the high-quality and sustainable development of new energy vehicles.
Mr. Wang Lefeng gave a speech on the digital and intelligent transformation and practice of vehicle inspection stations, analyzed the basic situation of domestic vehicle inspection stations, introduced the software and hardware service systems and risk prevention and control measures of digital intelligence empowered vehicle inspection stations, and shared the existing practical results in the new energy vehicle inspection business segment.
Mr. Zhang Yang introduced the inspection and supervision of motor vehicles of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Traffic Management Department, and put forward opinions and suggestions on implementing the main responsibility and strengthening the application of science and technology around the digital transformation of motor vehicle inspection and supervision, so as to open up ideas for science and technology to help the innovation and development of motor vehicle inspection and refined governance.
Mr. Duan Bin elaborated on the development process of world energy, introduced the core technologies such as battery multi-state evaluation and safety early warning, as well as inspection and testing standards in detail, summarized the needs and main challenges in the field of intelligent testing and safety management of power batteries, and called on the industry to provide solutions for promoting the comprehensive management of electric vehicle power systems in multiple dimensions such as safety, dynamics, durability and intelligent interconnection research on energy and transportation.
Mr. Zhou Jingjing gave a speech on the development and application of power battery testing technology for new energy vehicles in use, mainly focusing on power battery safety, autonomous driving safety, data and network security, etc., researching and exploring digital detection routes, and sharing and exchanging views on the technical layout, pilot application, and service system construction of annual inspection of vehicles in use.
