SVMOEC boasts a total building area of approximately 80,000 square meters, with a spacious examination site spanning 65,000 square meters. SVMOEC is equipped with 244 custom-designed examination stations, a grid-based camera surveillance system, a robust facial recognition system, and a wireless anti-cheating system to ensure order and fairness during the regulatory process. Through the introduction of AI environmental perception, AI visual and audio analysis, deep learning, and big data analysis, it has developed various models for detecting abnormal behaviors. This enables intelligent video inspections, effectively ensuring the secure and orderly conduct of theoretical examinations.

02 Subject 2: Technology empowers precision management

Subject 2 uses an intelligent video analysis algorithm to assist AI in actively capturing abnormal events and pushing them to regulatory personnel. By actively capturing abnormal events, it can provide early warning for various abnormal events and push them to the background regulatory personnel in a three-dimensional visualization manner. It also supports video review for early warning, effectively assisting examination room staff in achieving precise and efficient management, greatly improving the level of examination technology management and regulatory efficiency.

03 Subject 3: Improving the automatic judgment rate

Subject 3 uses core technologies such as environment perception, AI visual analysis, and artificial intelligence. By installing intelligent devices on the roof of the vehicle and vehicle-mounted intelligent judgment terminals and other intelligent onboard devices, it achieves the automation of evaluation items related to traffic environment and driving behavior. The number of intelligent evaluation items has increased to 121, and the intelligent evaluation rate has increased from 41% to 93%. At the same time, by introducing human body posture recognition and intelligent voice perception technology, it strengthens the management of examiners and improves the quality, refinement, and standardization level of the examiner team.

04 Global supervision, combining virtual and real innovation for remote supervision

Suzhou Vehicle Management Office, in collaboration with Duolun Technology, has introduced the metaverse model into exam supervision. Through technologies such as data visualization, 3D virtual simulation, artificial intelligence, and computer vision analysis, it achieves remote supervision of driving test venues, test stations, waiting rooms, test vehicles, and examinees, as well as automatic analysis and early warning of violations. It records early warning information in real time and realizes multi-level approval, verification, and supervision.
