Recently, Duolun Technology has won another victory by winning the bid for "Smart Transportation Construction Project in Tai’erzhuang District, Zaozhuang City", with a bid amount of RMB13.788 million. Winning the bid for this city-level smart transportation project represents the company's ability to provide the complete solution of urban fine management by using smart transportation, which has been recognized and affirmed by customers again.

According to public data reports, in the first three quarters of 2021, visitors made 5.038 million trips to Tai’erzhuang Ancient City Scenic Spot, with comprehensive tourism consumption of RMB1.108 billion, showing that tourism in this Scenic Spot returned to its pre-pandemic level. Meanwhile, urban tourism transportation has unique geographical location concentration and seasonality. Transportation congestion caused by peak season not only affects travel experience, but also hinders the development of tourism economy.

According to the development orientation of Special Plan for the Development of Boutique Tourism Industry in Zaozhuang City (2018-2022), Tai’erzhuang, as a national tourism demonstration area and national key ecological function area built by Zaozhuang City, has brought great challenges to urban transportation management during holidays every year.

Based on the positioning of Tai’erzhuang as a tourist city, Tai’erzhuang District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau and Tai’erzhuang District Transportation Police Brigade used the governance experience of domestic and foreign tourist cities for reference, and focused on the characteristics of tourist transportation chains, aiming at improving the smart environment of road transportation in Tai’erzhuang District by building a perfect transportation information guidance system of "one center" and "four systems".

In order to solve the pain points of insufficient intelligence of transportation facilities, inability to share parking resource data, nonstandard parking of motor vehicles and inadequate integration of transportation data, Duolun Technology uses big data, Internet and artificial intelligence technologies to wholly improve the intelligent management of Tai’erzhuang by building a transportation big data center, a transportation all-factor perception system, a transportation operation and maintenance management system, a transportation comprehensive guidance system and a transportation comprehensive management and control system, with a focus on such aspects as road transportation guidance, three-level parking induction, Internet travel APP intelligent path planning, optimization of tourist channel information control, intelligence big data to promote accurate service, and transportation comprehensive law enforcement station.

This project will, to a large degree, help maintain road transportation order, alleviate urban traffic congestion and improve traffic management after being implemented.
