Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced that Duolun Technology Co., Ltd. was elected as the 2020 Pilot Unit of Intellectual Property Rights Utilization in Industrial Enterprises among the 64 enterprises selected in Jiangsu Province.

In order to further implement the national intellectual property strategy, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, according to the requirements of Plan of Intellectual Property Manufacturing Industry (2018-2020), organized the recommendation of pilot units of intellectual property rights utilization in industrial enterprises. The main criteria of the recommendation include the amount of intellectual property rights, the establishment of intellectual property management system, the ability and experience in the utilization of intellectual property rights. Among the industries with advantages and characteristics, priority is given to industrial enterprises which are leading intellectual property utilization with experience, features, and achievements.

Since its establishment, Duolun Technology has always stuck to independent scientific and technological innovation and the creation of intellectual property, actively established a comprehensive intellectual property management system, and carried out the overall planning, arrangement and implementation of intellectual property. As the company’s intellectual property work develops and the management and utilization of intellectual property improve, it has accumulated some experience in the declaration, maintenance and application transformation of its intellectual property. As of December 2020, it has participated in the formulation of 11 national and industrial standards, and has achieved 151 national authorized patents, 173 computer software copyrights, 72 software product registering certificates, and 37 registered trademarks.
