Recently, Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu announced the list of excellent enterprises, products and integrated innovation development recognized by 2020 Jiangsu “Teng Yun Jia Shu” Transformation and Upgrading Plan. The intelligent driver test product developed by Duolun Technology - “Duolun Intelligent Motorcycle Test System” was selected as as an Excellent Product of 2020 Jiangsu “Teng Yun Jia Shu” Transformation and Upgrading Plan.

The selection is based on the “Notice on the Organization and Implementation of the Transformation and Upgrading Plan for Enterprises of Internet and Big Data in 2020” (“Teng Yun Jia Shu” Transformation and Upgrading Plan). After the steps including application, local recommendation, experts’ evaluation, “Duolun Intelligent Motorcycle Test System” together with other 43 excellent products from enterprises in Jiangsu was shortlisted. To be selected is not only the recognition of the product but also highlights the strength of Duolun Technology in the field of intelligent driver test.

Standards of driver tests have been improved and technologies such as face recognition, virtual simulation, AI ans 5G have tended to be mature. With the improvement of driving test standards, as well as face recognition, virtual simulation, artificial intelligence, 5G and other technologies tend to mature. Based on the dynamic development of technologies, the public security traffic management department has put forward new requirements for the standards of driver tests. The driver test has gradually developed to be more standardized as a test, more transparent in terms of data and mature in the aspect of remote supervision, bringing new market demands for the upgrading of driver test system.

 On November 20th, the Ministry of Public Security launched 12 decentralized new measures to optimize the business environment of public security traffic management. Among the measures, the first two measures, specifically for motorcycle test, “National Unified Driving License Application” and “Remote Application” brought new requirements for the motorcycle test to be electronic and intelligent.

As the first technology-based enterprise in China to introduce technologies of BeiDou differential positioning, 3D virtual simulation, AI, IoT perception and new technologies such as big data, cloud computing and deep learning into the field of mass transportation, Duolun Technology has led the development of the intelligent driver test for a long period. It independently developed and launched the Duolun Intelligent Motorcycle Test System in August 2020.

Duolun driver test field for MDS-1000-II (two-wheel motorcycle) and MDS-1000-III (three-wheel motorcycle) (referred to as Duolun Intelligent Motorcycle Test System) is the first comprehensive test system that integrates cutting-edge technologies such as AI vision, satellite differential positioning, attitude determination by inertial navigation. It is also the first intelligent motorcycle test system in China that passes the test of the Testing Center for Quality of Security Products under the Ministry of Public Security.

 Duolun intelligent motorcycle test system lays equal emphasis on four dimensions which are “visualization”, “chips”, “judging” and “digitalization”, realizing automatic judging at the motorcycle driver test field. It can effectively minimize personal factors and enhance the automatic supervision of the test. In addition to saving manpower, improving the efficiency of supervision, it enhances the accuracy and fairness of results.
