From December 8 to 9, 2020, Duolun Vehicle Inspection Group (hereinafter referred to as “Duolun Vehicle Inspection”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Duolun Technology, invited representatives from a number of financial institutions to visit and investigate several chain vehicle inspection stations in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, in order to strengthen its cooperation with large financial institutions and boost the leapfrog development via industry-finance collaboration.

The survey activity attracted more than fifty representatives (fund managers, industry researchers and professionals) from more than thirty financial institutions such as Guotai Asset Management, Morgan Stanley Huaxin Fund Management, China Universal Asset Management, China Life AMP Management, Huafor Fund Management, CITIC Asset Management, BOCI Asset Management, TF Securities, Huatai Securities, Haitong Securities, Guotai Junan Securities, Essence Securities, Northeast Securities, Everbright Securities, etc. They gathered at Zaozhuang to investigate Duolun Vehicle Inspection. As guests, they listened to the comprehensive initiatives of Duolun Vehicle Inspection such as philosophy, ideas, training, standards and implementation and exchanged ideas on the future investment plan of the group.

On December 9, the survey team members respectively went to Zaozhuang Zhengtong Vehicle Inspection Station, Zaozhuang Zhengshun Vehicle Inspection Station, Zaozhuang Zhengda Vehicle Inspection Station and Zaozhuang Zhenghe Vehicle Inspection Station of Duolun Vehicle Inspection to conduct field research.

The survey team was warmly received by Zhang Anqiang, board chairman of Duolun Technology, Yuan Li, general manager of Duolun Vehicle Inspection, Zheng Jian, general manager of Shandong Duolun Vehicle Inspection, and Deng Liyun, board secretary of Duolun Technology. They introduced the vehicle inspection stations of different sizes and stages (mature/new) of Duolun Vehicle Inspection in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, as well as their dynamic layout, operational situation, customer service, staff management and other specific situations to the visiting team.

In the afternoon seminar, Yuan Li, general manager of Duolun Vehicle Inspection, analyzed the increasing trend of the car ownership in China, the prospects of vehicle inspection market’s capacity, and the development stage of vehicle inspection industry; elaborated on the strategic layout, team management, and the five enabled-technologies of intelligent vehicle inspection; and shared the rapid growth of Duolun Vehicle Inspection in 2020, a year of development and the fulfillment of its national investment and new sites.

In her speech, she pointed out that “The vehicle inspection industry is ushering in market integration. Duolun Vehicle Inspection will unify the image of stations, intelligentize and informationize its stations, make and implement the Duolun standards, online and offline marketing, establish a staff echelon training system, etc. to comprehensively improve the vehicle inspection industry via five enabled-technologies. It will implement these strategies in key provinces and to promote the self-discipline and the sound development of the industry.”

Zheng Jian, general manager of Shandong Duolun Vehicle Inspection, said at the meeting that the vehicle inspection stations in Zaozhuang had their own characteristics, with Zhengtong Vehicle Inspection Station being the first socialized car inspection station in Zaozhuang and Zhengda Vehicle Inspection Station being a station located in the core area of Zaozhuang. Notably, the cooperation between each station and Duolun Vehicle Inspection not only improves the operation and service capacity of each station but also makes the chain operation of these stations in Zaozhuang take shape and produce greater integrated power in the future.

Zhang Anqiang, board chairman of Duolun Technology, also made an important speech during the survey, pointing out that the company’s development in the past decades had been closely related to the three elements of “people, vehicles and roads”. The vehicle inspection business is a natural extension of the important element of “vehicle”, which is not only in line with the policy of the Ministry of Public Security to decentralize services, but also a business implementation of Duolun Technology’s marketing strategy: transformation from “technology” into “technology + service”. In the future, Duolun Vehicle Inspection will adhere to the development strategy of “1+N” and realize a systematic development in a standardized way. This will bring a long-term, sustainable and robust trend and new business growth points to Duolun Technology’s future business performance.

At the end of the meeting, the senior management team of Duolun Vehicle Inspection and the survey team conducted a Q&A session targeting at the business model of Duolun Vehicle Inspection. The business situation, net profit ratio, the specific implementation of the “1 + N” strategy, medium and long-term industrial pattern and other issues of the inspection stations of Duolun Vehicle Inspection were interactively discussed. The financial institutions participating in the survey remarked that via the discussion and visit, they gained a more comprehensive understanding of the overall strength and development strategy of Duolun Vehicle Inspection in a short period of time, as well as its operation, professional operational capabilities and advanced enterprise culture, and they were confident in the its future development.

2020 was a year of development for Duolun Vehicle Inspection and 2021 will be the year of further development.
