The “Kick-off Ceremony of Jiangning District Key Projects for Party Building of Workers in New Business & Employment Forms” was held on August 26, 2022. This event was sponsored by the Organization Department of the CPC Jiangning District Committee and the Working Committee of Workers in New Business & Employment Forms of the CPC Jiangning District Committee. Duolun Technology, as a member of the “development community” in the ridesharing sector, attended the ceremony. The success of this event also signaled the formal operation of the Duolun Tianyin Inspection Station as one of the first “Ningxiaofeng” stations in Nanjing Jiangning Hi-Tech Development Zone.

Duolun Technology Vice President Yuan Li introduced NEV inspection technology 

Duolun Technology has been involved in the development of technical system standards for inspection of new energy vehicle (NEV) operation safety and the pilot project of platform R&D and application verification under the key R&D plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The company has been committed to boosting economic growth led by Party building and improving Duolun vehicle inspection branding based on services. 

The “Ningxiaofeng · Duolun Drivers’ Home” in Duolun Tianyin Inspection Station was developed by Jiangning Hi-tech Development Zone and the Party branch of Duolun Technology. It has been equipped with an automated operation line of electric vehicle inspection, charging piles and VIP waiting areas. And three actions of “red collar, red station, red star” has been devised to serve ridesharing drivers with a focus on the Party building of ridesharing driver groups.

Red collar action 

This action is intended for integrating Party member drivers of T3, DiDi and Meituan into routine service systems by establishing a functional Party branch, and enhancing the cohesion of the workforce by assigning Party building instructors based on “a leakage of industrial parks and firms” .

Red station action 

A space for people to rest and charge their electric vehicles; a station for free doctor visits, legal advice, and other professional services; a place that sends cooling in the summer and warmth in the winter.

Red star action 

Encourage workers in new forms of employment, especially ridesharing drivers, to have a part in the social community-level governance and volunteer services in Jiangning High-tech Development Zone, Jiangning District and Nanjing, and assemble a team of pioneers to grow with Nanjing.

The “Ningxiaofeng · Duolun Drivers’ Home” is a testament to Duolun Technology Party branch’s active response to the Party building of workers in new business & employment forms in Jiangning High-tech Development Zone, especially the Party building of ridesharing drivers.
