On June 29, 2021, Duolun Vehicle Inspection Group (“Duolun Vehicle Inspection”) and Qingdao TGood EVC Co., Ltd. (“TGood”) signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Yuan Li, Vice President of Duolun Technology and General Manager of Duolun Vehicle Inspection, Guo Yongguang, President of TGood, Tong Jun, Vice President of TGood, and other leaders attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, Yuan Li, General Manager of Duolun Vehicle Inspection, and Tong Jun, Vice President of TGood signed the Agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the Agreement, the two parties will cooperate in the fields of new energy vehicle charging network construction and operation, smart vehicle inspection, etc. to boost mutual benefits and win-win situation, and advance the promotion, application and industrialization development of new energy vehicles.

In response to smart vehicle inspection, the two parties will actively carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of smart vehicle inspection for new energy vehicles, and Duolun Vehicle Inspection will make use of the geographical position advantages of the existing station and the technical advantages of the existing platform, together with the "two-layer safety protection technology" of TGood to carry out in-depth "medical examination" for new energy vehicles. In terms of the construction of charging stations, the two parties will select high-quality sites and resources, and fully empower and support each other in the fields of supporting site, power distribution, equipment, operation and maintenance, etc.

After the signing ceremony, the two parties held a symposium in the conference room. Yuan Li, General Manager of Duolun Vehicle Inspection, gave an all-round introduction to the development status, implementation measures, achievements and future  direction of Duolun Vehicle Inspection. General Manager Yuan pointed out that, from 2020 to now, Duolun Technology has been actively participating in the drafting of China's new energy vehicle inspection standards, and focusing on the inspection services for the “three electric” (electric drive, electric battery, and electric control) systems of new energy vehicles. Mr. Yin Yupeng, Security Director of TGood's President Office, gave a detailed introduction of TGood's two-layer security protection system. Tan Xiang from TGood’s Operation Center introduced the interconnection between the two parties’ platforms.

At the meeting, the two parties had a preliminary discussion on the feasibility of the annual inspection system for new energy vehicles and the current situation of safety management of new energy vehicles, and reached a consensus on jointly creating a high-quality ecosystem for the vehicle inspection industry.

At present, the two parties have taken the lead in the construction of the first station in Nanjing on a pilot basis. The signing of this Agreement marks that the cooperation between the two parties takes a step forward. In the future, Duolun Vehicle Inspection will build a win-win and sustainable strategic partnership with TGood to enhance and develop their values by relying on the ecosphere enterprise groups’ own advantages in their respective fields.
