Currently serves as Chairman of the company, a director of the Road Traffic Safety Association of China, sole proprietor of Doron Technology HK.Company, an Executive Director of Duolun, a representative appointed by the executive partner of Jinlun Investment, a representative appointed by the executive partner of Jialun Investment, and a member of Trustee Board of Nanjing University. Since the establishment of the company in 1995, Mr. Zhang Anqiang has been committed to promoting the digitalization of driver training and testing in China as well as technological innovation and industrial application in the field of smart traffic. He was also one of the main drafters of General Technical Specifications for Driving Test System-Part 4 Road Driving Test System (GA/T1028.4-2012), a public safety industry standard of China.

Joined the company in 2003, served as a manager in Marketing Department I from 2003 to August 2013, as Deputy Director of Marketing Division and General Manager of Marketing Department I from August 2013 to December 2015, then as General Manager of Northeast China Region Office from December 2015 to May 2017, and currently serves as Board Director and Deputy General Manager of the company.

Mr. Ruan Wei, born in 1980, Chinese nationality, no permanent residency abroad, master of software engineering. Served as the head of HR of LG Chemical, Recruitment Manager of ZTE Corporation, Recruitment Manager of RGE (Royal Golden Eagle) China, Deputy General Manager of HR of GCL New Energy Holdings, HRBP of Envision Energy, and Human Resources Director of Nanjing Region of China Fortune Land Development. Joined the company in July 2018 and is currently Deputy General Manager of the company.
