Harbin Traffic Safety Education Base is the sixteenth of its kind that Duolun has built and put into use in China. It is also the first ultra-large traffic safety base jointly developed by Duolun and the Traffic Management Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security. Located in the Harbin Public Security Traffic Management Intelligent Command Center, the base covers about 1,100 m² in total and is large enough to accommodate 300 visitors at the same time. It is divided into 6 sections, including a lobby, a traffic safety management development zone, a Children's traffic safety experience zone, a driving safety evaluation zone, a driving risk experience zone, and a traffic accident response simulation zone.

The base values participatory experience and brings fun into education, changing the traditional way where participants were passive receivers of tedious and boring lectures. It helps all traffic participants see the danger of traffic violations and the serious consequences of traffic accidents, so that they will consciously follow traffic regulations and act civilized on the road.
