The system adopts RFID, video recognition and GPS positioning technology, and integrates intersection signal timing plan, social vehicle green wave plan, bus schedule, primary and secondary road, primary and secondary route and bus position information to form bus priority control strategies. While allowing priority for public transport vehicles on road sections and at intersections, the system also takes into account the traffic needs of social vehicles. In this way, the system improves operation efficiency of public transport vehicles, increases the proportion of travel by public transit, and relieves urban traffic congestion.
