As cities grow rapidly and urban roads become increasingly crowded, how to improve traffic and develop public transport is of special importance. As a transit hub, the construction of transportation depot directly affects the development of the entire transportation industry. Therefore, how to apply advanced technologies such as Internet of Things, communications technology, and information technology to transportation depot has become a major subject for public transport authorities. 

At present, our bus depots are used for parking, serving mainly public transport vehicles such as buses and shuttle buses owned by public transport subsidiaries under Duolun Group, and a small number of private vehicles owned by our employees and drivers. In light of emerging technologies and rapid urban public transport development, the current planning, setup and management of bus depots are falling behind. And out-of-date supporting facilities have obstructed the development of urban public transport industry. The limitation calls for innovative parking lot construction and management models to achieve organized and efficient vehicle parking, help the Group and bus depot companies boost management capabilities and efficiency at lower cost, and realize standardized, intelligent and intensive management of urban bus depots.

Today, under the national development strategy of “public transport priority”, we strive to promote the construction of smart bus depots. By integrating transportation, management, maintenance and repair with parking, the bus depot provides real-time all-round parking lot monitoring, key data acquisition management as well as personnel management (including driver, security and maintenance staff) to regulate on-site services. Based on service process automation and system standardization, we have set a national bus depot model, contributing our share to urban public transportation. Through improved management, the Group and its subsidiaries provide bus drivers with safe, convenient and orderly parking guidance.
